Zepto is a great app for shopping grocery, stationery, and many more essentials within no time. The variety is quite sufficient, although the low-priced items are lesser compared to other dark stores. You also have an option to suggest items that are unavailable and you are looking for.
The deliveries are fine. Time taken is a bit more than other competitors. For example, Swiggy Instamart delivers within 6 mins most of the time, while Zepto takes 17 mins for the same. Zepto provides an option to return PET bottles and Return the bag which are commendable initiatives towards sustainability.
Fees & Charges:
